TheSoul Publishing is one of the largest digital media publishers in the world, producing entertaining and positive online content for more than 2 billion followers worldwide. We are the company behind the wildly successful DIY channel 5-Minute Crafts, the inspirational and creative channel Bright Side, and a wide portfolio of other popular channels across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more.

We’re looking for a filming duo (two creators who can act and shoot videos together in person) to join our Play and Learn project full-time.

This project focuses on creating engaging short-form video content for kids and parents, featuring entertaining and educational themes such as easy crafts, drawing, good habits, simple hacks, and learning new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Research and generate fun and educational video ideas suitable for kids and parents.

• Shoot and act in short, dynamic, and engaging videos (up to 30 seconds in length).

• Work in pairs to film scenes, often portraying the characters Villainess and Boss (costumes and wigs may be used to reflect the characters' unique personalities).

• Produce a high volume of content — around 50–60 short videos per month.

• Make and demonstrate simple crafts and DIY projects on camera.

• Edit recorded footage to match project requirements, ensuring high audience engagement and visual appeal.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production, including filming and editing.

• Ability and willingness to act in front of the camera, with a partner (duo required for filming).

• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for content creation.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering a high volume of content on time.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in English or Russian (spoken and written)

• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
